Refund Policy
Applies to all M-Xchange transfers.
Eligibility
You may request a refund if a transfer fails, if the recipient never receives the funds, or if the amount debited differs from the final payout due to a system error.
Timeline
Refunds for failed transactions are typically issued within 24 hours. Complex investigations may take up to 3 business days, but we will keep you informed.
How to request a refund
Share the transaction reference, sender number, amount, and proof of debit via email (support@m-xchange.com) or WhatsApp (+237 670 474 234).
Partial refunds
If a payout succeeds but the amount is lower due to user error (wrong network or number), we will make commercially reasonable efforts to recover funds, but cannot guarantee a full refund.
Chargebacks
Unfounded chargebacks may result in account suspension. Please contact support first so we can resolve the issue collaboratively.
