Transaction data such as sender/recipient phone numbers, amounts, and metadata (device, IP) required to process an exchange, whether or not you have an account.
Support interactions and feedback to help us improve the product.

We share the minimum necessary data with payment processors, mobile network operators, and compliance partners.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request.
We never sell customer data to third parties.

All requests travel through TLS-encrypted channels.
Sensitive secrets are stored using industry-standard encryption and strict access controls.
We continuously monitor for suspicious activity and enforce rate limits.

Transaction records are kept for at least 5 years to meet regulatory requirements.
Support conversations may be retained for quality assurance and training.
You may request deletion of optional profile data by contacting support.

You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by emailing support@m-xchange.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at +237 682 604 489 from the email address linked to your account.
We delete your name, email, password, and profile data within 30 days of a verified request.
Completed transaction records are retained per our data retention policy above even after account deletion, as required by financial regulations. See our full Data Deletion page for details.
